Hi Venmo,

Please see these videos to get visualization of the issue. It happens when I’m trying to send crypto to a friend. After I enter an amount, if I click either “done” or just try to scroll down to send, a blank white screen rises from the bottom of the app and there’s nothign to do except go back. There’s no error, there’s no message, there’s nothing. 

I’ve tried:
Updating the app
Restarting the phone
Deleting and re-installing the app
Logging out and loggin back in to the app.

Per support suggestion, I also became authorized to receive crypto by uploading my ID and a scan of my face. That was successful, but it didn’t in any way change the problem of sending.

Nothing works. 

I’m on an iPhone 15 pro, running iOS 18.1.1 (not jailbraked), not on VPN, issue is same on cellular or wifi, and (again) I’m on the latest version of Venmo (10.55.0)
